Please run a DEMU train to Jagityal from Secunderabad.
Please attach a 3bogie DEMU train to Secunderabad-Mancherial special train and the same DEMU can be detached at Peddapalli junction and run towards to Karimnagar (KRMR) and Jagityal (LPJL). This DEMU train name could be secunderabad-karimnagar (Anjanna Express). This train starts at SC-5.30, KZJ-7.40, PDPL-9.00 (10min for separating the DEMU) then run this DEMU train from PDPL-9.10, KRMR-10.00, LPJL-12.00. (Total Journey time is 6.30 min and Express rate upto peddapalli then it will become a passenger from peddapalli to jagityal.)

what is the advantage of attachment of DMU to a passenger train?. It can run independently, as it is DMU and can be put anywhere easily on the track when other trans overtake. 6 hours journey bit difficult with out wash rooms. Indipendent DMU with 4 hours fast journey may be better option or at least one toilet bogie ( from SC-Mancherial passenger, what you asked) attachment to this 3 bogie DMU.
