After booking ticket, is it possible to change berth.
Scenario here is, I booked ticket for my mother in cocanada which is having more than 200 berths but still i got side upper . Is it possible now to change berth by visiting reservation counter.
I'm just checking if there is any possibility else I will cancel and book at reservation counter.

Cannot change berth, better exchange in train, rebooking cannot guarantee same coach
Thank you .I'm not corned about coach. I'm just concerned about berth only.
