WTT is for IR staff/controllers. Depending on OT/Xing etc., WTT for station might be different than what is displayed for public. For e.g., here WTT halt at FTP is 15 min for VB overtake. But in public TT halt is only 2 min
That means if VB OT 22431 at FTP then it may arrive 5 min late at CNB according to WTT as VB will occupy the PF at CNB if it is late for 15-20 min
