Why this train has very less takers even after timing change?

It has a bad reputation for maintenance. Old coaches, AC outage etc. Once SCoR is operational, they may get new coaches and better maintenance. It takes long time to erase a bad reputation.
Why do you feel or come to a conclusion or just a statement that it not patronized and I disagree with all the excuses given above. Done some research in the last one week and summary is as follows. 3 AC 7 * 72 504 berths 5SL 5*80 400 berths. When you check the current availability on any day in the past week at 1800 after the charge prepared the result is not available or current availability of 10% or less the total capacity. There are a total of 250-270 berths booked end to end in 3AC and 100-120 in SL. So the rest are booked to intermediate stations like Vja WL and enroute stations from VSKP. This shows 90- 100 % occupancy. Now come to sections in the middle checked current availability in NGP yesterday and found 3AC not available SL 23 2AC 97 berths from NGP to...

Right now, I am in AP express . 3AC and SL full . Lot of empty seats in 2AC . 2AC can reduce , SL has to increase . Odd time for slo , rjy passengers .
You can see only three berths of 2ac avlbl after first chart..how you can say weak patronizing...
In fact 2ac usually available in many trains including tamilnadu exp in current booking many times
