Local Train often runs with multiple RSA so such updates ae not possible.
Take them as exception.
Such updates are not possible as the RSA can change any time and such info are not made public by railway so may lead problem to common passenger not familiar with local train system.

every local emu train has 4 to 5 rsa. so cannot be updated as its of no use and will take lot of time.
