C-E will not have all berth under GEN Quota!!
100 for A-F doesnt mean GEN Quota for A-F but combo of GEN+RL+PQ Quota, if checked before ARP or single booking.
Same way, 110 for C-E means, C do have 10 or even more Remote Quota Berth, which will be shown 110, b4 ARP or single booking!!
Now, as C shares GEN Quota, then the

WL will have Remote GEN influence & will be assigned as RAC allotment!!

If C-E dont share any GEN Quota, it will never jump to RAC (as Like A-F) but will come under Remote WL assignment!!

1. My example was specific to the train discussed above.
2. Sharing happens in two ways. Both the ways has been mentioned above.
First when C-E would share berths from the quota allocated to A-F. Second when C-E would have only its own quota.
3. When an intermediate station shares general quota, it does not mean it would have Remote General Influence. As a

matter of fact both RL and RS has confirmed berths issued from General Quota. But that is all together a different issue.
4. I had specifically assumed the General Quota ARP Allocation for A-F to be 100. This means I had excluded the quota allocation for the other quotas.

The example wasnt specific to the train mentioned above, as AVL position over ARP doesnt match the combination and if so, better to name BDTS-ST-RTM-JAT rather than A,B,C,D...
Sharing is only one way, few berth assigned under GEN Quota (Nothing to do with C-E Remote Quota, as its specific and dont been shared with A-F Quota. Mixing ARP position with actual Quota, just confuses)!!
Now, the few berth been assigned under GEN for ST, maybe be projected as A-ST & when booked, will make room for reservation for ST & other station after

ST (not just C-E Booking) & can be assigned to C-E booking even!!
As PQWL is same throughout train's journey station, as its gonna cleared after Starting Staion Charting, same is the case with RAC, as its GEN specific & gets released from Charting station & hence assigned same numbering (If RAC is 100, then the next RAC assigned to any station having GEN Quota will be 101)!!

1. Sir, I did say that the above was just an example. All the numbers assumed were merely random and had nothing to do with the actual numbers.
2. Here C-E means ST-JAT which is sharing the GN Quota. It does not come under Remote Quota.
3. Yes. The 10 extra berths would be allotted for NDLS-ST or combination of any station enroute.
4.

That is not the reason for the same numbering. The reason is sharing of the same quota. For example, when all the confirmed berths assigned to a specific intermediate station/journey leg coming under PQ gets exhausted, the status simply jumps to the common waiting list prevailing from start-end. (PQ=> Start-End Quota)

1. U said, the above was specific to train above & so random selection too be specific (numbers can be random)
2. C-E cant be ST-JAT, as E as per ur specification, isnt the end station!!
3. U mentioned 10 berth for C-E combination & that means, it can be utilized for C-E & station coming before E. Else, it will not remain C-E Quota!! U would have mentioned then, that C do have 10 as Remote Quota!!
4.
...

The numbering for PQ & RAC getting same, is only Charting Specification, as they get released from Source charting station!! PQ if is start to end Quota, then it will not be specified for any random station combination or journey leg!! And if its PQ assigned, then the clearing will be done @ source charting station, by any mean!!
PS: The main issue as discussed was the definition of 10 berth as remote, which can be 10 or even more!!
