First Of All Santragachi Station Is A Disaster. Senior Citizens Need To Climb All The Stairs Of Footover Bridge To Reach #1 . There Is No Ramp. There Is A Level Crossing For Cars Reaching #1, Which Remains Closed. There Is Announcements Only For Local Trains, Not For Express Ones..... Not Enough Places To Sit, Not Enough Places To Have Breakfast Even.... All In All...Disaster As A Terminal Station.... And They Are Sending Trains There Which Earlier Used To Start From HWH......But After The Departure The Train Was Terrific In Terms Of Speed & Punctuality...Reached Garhbeta Bang On Time.....Eventually Reached Midnapore 20 Mins Before Time
