Yes, right now Over head Electric poles without wiring have been laid in Hubballi yard but work in platforms currently left that will be done in coming days.
What he is saying about RE works at UBL yard and also about RE works at Dharwad, Mugad will come under Ballari- Vasco Doubling and RE Project. Regarding RE works between Hubli-BAW works started from BAW side i guess.
