We have to pay SF surcharge on all these trains.
I think average speed of super fast trains must be increased from 55 to 60 kmph. Railways might lose lot of surcharge.

They should increase of GS SL by 10% and then increase the speed limit of SF from 55 to 60kmph avg. Those falling around 58kmph should be speeded to 60+kmph and retained SF status.
