Agra-Lucknow-Agra connection and inter connection is lost if it gets cancelled Rather than running those Tejas and Shatabdi in the same route thereby clogging the whole sector; focus should be on running these ICs effectively.

It remains cancelled for most months of the year. Why don't they divert it via Shamsabad, Etawah if it is that much required.
Because Comparing to Jhansi ICE its has more number of coaches but Reserved pax is very less. Jhansi ICE runs throughout the year. While Agra ICE remains cancelled for 3-4 months.
It clearly shows IR is more interested in long distance trains than an Intercity which is connecting major towns.

Absolutely! They are clogging main arteries of IR by running Double Shatabdis and then adding Tejas, Vande Bharat along with numerous trains that are already there. Such is the plight. An important train connecting Lucknow with Kanpur, Rura, Phaohund, Etawah, Agra is getting eliminated. If you don't run this how would people be able to go to major stations and catch long distance trains?
Should run via shamsabad getting priority as well as connectivity to these regions with state capital.
