what is the difference between a normal stoppage of a train and a commercial stoppage
I think a normal stoppage is provided to allow trains to overtake/signal clearance issues/ water filling etc.
Commercial stoppages is solely for passengers to board and disembark.

toh phir ye kahenge ki all non commercial stops are normal stops.
i think it is commercial stoppage & technical stoppage
