How do we differentiate between LHB and HLHB same livery coach. As heard Hlhb is just LHB coach on ICF wheels.
The major difference is bogie itself. HLHB coaches are essentially LHB shells mounted on ICF wheelsets, while pure LHB Coaches are mounted on FIAT wheelsets (or bogies). MPS is 130/160 kmph (Non-AC/AC) for LHB and 120 kmph for HLHB. Both use CBC couplers. Rest visual appearance is more or less same.
Only 1 difference. Bogie. Y shape in lhb while flat in case of icf
