Rare loco spotted at Yadgir. BSP is written on it, so I guess Bilaspur has a loco shed of WDS6, which I'm not able to tag in the post.
Is this a private loco? SAIL is written on it. And looks different from the usual WDS-6's.

BSP stands for 'Bhilai Steel Plant'. This loco was manufactured by DLW for the steel plant, I believe, in 2011-12.

This is an original model WDS6 which was manufactured with the 'Jumbo' look on the short hood side. More recent WDS6AD locos look like a normal WDM2.
