With this new train coming....SWR could do a few more things to enhance the connectivity......
1.MAQ -YPR ONT can be made daily via Kunigal and via Mysore in the reverse days of CAN - SBC Express...thus would ensure daily Mysore connectivity and an enhanced Capital connectivity from MAQ
2.MAQ - YPR ONT Express and MAQ - YPR Gomateswara Express could be well made into RSA...like Mandovi / Konkan Kanya which would help in making Gomateswara Express a daily train

Additional rake is not needed if it is arranged as said above....and this arrangement helps MAQ get a dedicated fast daily train arrangement to SBC via shortest route...a daily ONT to MYS - SBC while Karwar and MAQ jointly getting a daily Day time SBC and MYS connection...It would also help in bringing Gomateswara Express to MAQ than MAJN also
