As the electrification between RAIPUR-TITLAGARH section has completed, all the Express & passenger trains are now running with E-Locos. But still they have 20 minutes halt in RAIPUR station. Ideally trains should have only 10 minutes of halt which can reduce travel time , trains like :
12807/12808 : Samata SF express
22847/22848 : Visakhapatnam - Mumbai LTT SF Express (via Nagpur)
12843/12844 :...

In coming TT update from 1st July they would certainly reduce stoppage timing at Raipur jn for these trains. As of regarding speed up of trains in r-tig section it does not looks likely to happen before the doubling work completes

I agree some of the sections between Raipur- Titlagarh & Titlagarh-Sambalpur-Angul - Talcher still have Doubling work pending .
I hope in coming TT update from July 2020 IR should reduce halt time for there trains
