Some people claim Double Decker coaches are rusting at the Rail museum siding of Howrah.
💠Seen here, Double Decker coaches coming out of workshop after their scheduled overhauling. Rake of Vikramshila Exp was kept in reception line to get into workshop for POH.

Don't know what was wrong with this type of trains
Indore bpl dd too failed miserably
I travelled once in indore bhopal dd and it was empty throughout the journey though these were major intercity hub with huge potential
