Suspected carriers should be transferred in to these coaches ASAP so that they can't escape from isolation. It's been reported that several under observation isolation patients have escaped the facilities throughout the country. Occupying hospital beds for asymptomatic patients in such tough times isn't a wise decision. Only those who need intensive care unit treatment should be allotted a bed except, all other should be transferred into these trains.
