Not possible due to RSA with JAT Rajdhani. It will require extra Rake too, because of less TAT at NDLS.
Seems difficult due to RSA for 12423, Arunachal AC might get it if rake transfer happens to nfr, or a new train..
Does NHLN have any maintenance facilities for PM like washing/out line ? If yes, then your suggestion can be a possibility too
