Most of the train from Varanasi belongs to NR (Delhi , DRM-LKO) except a few like 12559 and some more.
Now for example for the following trains 14227,14265,12237,14257 and many more.
So for emergency quota where the application has to be submitted.Is it at DRM office LKO or at CCM ,New delhi or there is some provision in varanasi itself.Obviously people from varanasi will find it difficult to get to LKO or DLI/NDLS for dropping the EQ application

Obviously applying at the office of DRM -LKO or CCM-NR delhi is applicable.
But as you mentioned that people from varanasi feel it difficult to get to LKO/NDLS , that matter is there.
Other member/Admins/members from varanasi ,plz tell is there any provision at BSB itself for applying for EQ for NR trains of BSB
