My View's on this New locomotive:-
• Maybe it's new variant of WAP-7 or New WAP series locomotive with aerodynamic nose.
Already WAP-5 have aerodynamic locomotive by CLW

Weight reduction is not required on the WAP5 locos. They are already very light at only 78 tonnes. This is one of the reason why they have problems in adverse track conditions, as they can lose adhesion.
Ideally, they should increase the weight of the loco by about 10 tons and increase the power output to 8000HP, to get a better locomotive.
