Good one. Few suggestions from my side:
1. Shift loco change from PER to VM/MV. 8:30 PM is peak time at MAS with lot of incoming and outgoing trains towards AJJ. Hence, its not possible to do loco change on the mainline blocking movement of other trains( no loop line at PER).
2. Add TDPR,CDM and SY.

1.Give Loco change at MV than AJJ
2. Give halts PRT, TPDR, CDM, SY between VM and MV
3. Give halts at PEM, NNM, MTT, AMM between MV and KKDI.
