I think it is the right move. Regular trains have GS or toilet class which defeats social distancing. These Suvidha spls are fully reserved trains, and may offer some degree of social distancing.
Does it mean train travel during post lockdown period shall be meant for well off paxs only??
Why the belief that only well off pax travel by reserved accommodation?
If it's really happening then it's going to be a disaster. Corona would spread like forest fire through the entire length and breadth of this country. Has the government lost it or what!! How on earth can anyone think of starting trains when we r witnessing an exponential growth in number of cases after each passing day! News like these would create panic among all those migrant workers who r still stuck in metropolitans and they would assemble outside railway station in lakhs on 15th. Mr. Modi, learn from the mistakes they did in America and the price now they r paying.
