Today railway clarified not to go for any post lockdown policy for any zone going around in media and to wait for cabinet committee meeting to be held around this weekend
that should be done because expectulations are being done by unofficials. this is an official internal letter so can be trusted. see the note points.

Feel that instead of complete lock down, a properly planned regulated lock down with closing the hot spots like Mumbai, pune, Delhi, bhilwara, Indore etc and allowing controlled activities in other regions may be worked around for next some months
