This station seems to be a wastage of infrastructure. Only 12 trains halt here, but it has whooping 5 platforms. On the other hand, Surat handles 306 trains + countless MEMU & freights with just 4 PFs .
Can any local RF tell the significance of 5 PFs at BUX ? Is it some sort of logistics hub for freights ?
