Even LPI and YNK were "not even passenger point"s before the IR introduced Originating trains from these stations. Naganahalli, the upcoming Terminal for Mysuru and Cherlapally, the new terminal for Hyderabad are also not even passenger points. There is no such rule to start trains only from some specific stations. During Krishna Pushkaram, KCC handled originating ONT special trains and during RRI works at BZA, Pinakani was originated from KCC. PF availability at 23:30 is difficult and hence, this train can start from KCC. Moreover, KCC is just 5km from BZA, just like BNC for SBC. Finally, there are plans to make KCC as a satellite station to BZA towards South. This justification is provided by me here, because I can't reply to you on the red flag you provided. And thanks for the reason you provided. This helped me tell the IRI what KCC is!!
