Regarding patronage this route attracts more pax but regarding speed its one of the worst section. Mps is just 100 that too only till HSRA and regarding diversions of above mentioned trains it wont happen because both are the lifeline of daily BWT and KPN pax. This section cant be like DMM route because no freights towards TN run in this route they run only till HSRA or max DJP that too only 2 or 3 can be spotted in a week all run via BWT KPN SA line and no premium trains run in this route except GR most important thing is SBC division is least bothered electrification itself was a big thing in this section
16526 is SWR train and 16316 is SR , compared to 16526 16316 is fast . i know u meant trains towards kerala :) just differentiated on zone basis
