Running this train via miraj or via solapur is good because konkan has train to jaipur solapur or miraj has connectivity
1. Remove LR at Londa.
2. Shift LC to Vadodara/Ratlam.
3. I think the slot from Madgaon till Vasai Road will have to be adjusted little bit, considering this train will be stuck in between 16334 and 22120 till Panvel, and then will have to trail 16334 till Vasai Road. Overtake can happen after that at any chosen place till Vadodara, lots of time.

how much tme? and LC in PNVL or BSR can done ST/BRC is too long and lot of diesel will be waste. LR removed.
BSR does not do LC of any train, if I remember, and PNVL does only of one particular train. The reason behind choosing BRC/RTM is much smoother LC at those stations as compared to PNVL. Nothing else. Diesel is wasted for this reason in a lot more stretches, but nothing that we can do about it, as the basic infrastructure for LC is not up to the mark at most stations.
