Also, one thing to note is that the WAP7-HS still has axle-mounted traction motors, unlike the WAP5 (and pretty much every high speed loco in the world) which has bogie mounted traction motors. This means the locomotive can cause more damage to the tracks while running at higher speeds. This is the reason why the WAP5 is considered the only true high speed locomotive in the country.
The WAP7HS is just an experiment. At low speeds, it is worse than a WAP7 but better than a WAP5, and at higher speeds, it is better than a WAP7 and worse than a WAP5.

Same like the underslung generators in the AC coaches in ICF?So the tracks get damaged??
No, the underslung generators in ICF do not cause any damage to the tracks. Those generators are fixed to the coach body.
In all locos on IR except the WAP5 and the WAG6A, the motors are partially suspended. In these the motors are attached to the bottom of the bogie and also rest on the wheels directly. Because of this, any vibrations in the motor are transmitted directly to the axle and any disturbances in the tracks are also felt by the motor. This can cause damage to both the motor and the tracks at high speeds.
