Ohh come on, use your brain and talk something that makes sense. 15 kmph par collision kaise hoga jab bridge bilkul straight and single line hai ? Driver toh andha hoga nhi ki usko 15 kmph ki speed pr aati hui train dikhegi nahi. Upar se itni kam speed pr 5 second mein ruk jayegi train. Traffic on this bridge follows OTO system.
Signalman deployed on both ends of bridge...That's not going to happen
Train will never run on high speed in this particular section
Also it won't be electrified ever as salt water is a good sources of electricity.
So chances of derailment is very rare case that is 0.0001%.
