This bandra on 3 or 4 May may not materialize at all. Maha CM himself is now against using trains to send migrants to their homes. Being from Mumbai himself, he is aware that even before corona virus, 6-12 people died on railways everyday due to overcrowding. Earlier he did say about running special trains for the migrants, but has now backtracked and tomorrow some modalities might be worked out at PM-CMs VC. His point is send them by road to state borders from where the migrants would be taken further towards their homes. This may take up to 2 weeks to send home all those who want to. Maha CM also hinted at extending the lock down further by about 2 weeks.

IMHO, any such incident happening is remote as the real fear of the corona virus has begun to settle down in the minds of all. With the virus entering all strata of the populace and inflicting death, people themselves will avoid gatherings of such magnitude. Only exception to this fear could be railway stations if...
