dramatic incident happened with me.
On March 20, i was in Mys. Doing my internship. In eve, company asked us to evacuate asap and provided us a deadline ie Sunday 22 march 7 pm.
All my frnds booked tkt. As my uncle was in Awadi AFS (Chennai), I decided to go der as it will provide me less travelling.

more... tkt in MYS Shatabdi for 21st. When my uncle went to his station head for guest pass, they told him that the AFS area has been locked till may 3 and no one will come from outside and no one will go outside.
I was stuck in mys. Soon i decided to book flight to jp from mys so as to reach my home which is near Abu Road. but all the flights have been cancelled by that time to jp.
Finally at night, I got this train from sbc to gimb. Had to change the train at adi and i booked tkt in it for 21st march. and for onward jrny till ABR, i booked in 19031 ADI MAIL (23rd march).
I was happy that 22nd was janta curfew and i will be having my train on 23rd and that will not be cancelled.
I started my jrny in 2A of SBC- GIMB express. Our company provided 2 masks and 1 sanitizer bottle to each of its employees and interns. I also stocked packed food item for my jrny.
Everything was smooth as in my cabin , No one was travelling except me. I was getting the total social distancing thing.
When I reached Pune on 22nd march eve, I got a message on my phone that lockdown has been extended and my train from ADI will be cancelled(19032 ADI MAIL). All state government started to lock their state boundaries respectively. i was very tensed to see all such things as if no trains will be der and no buses will be der, How will i be reaching ABR?
Soon i find out that one train from KCVL going to Shri GangaNagar was also runnung and will be available for my onward jrny as that train s
tarted on 21st only . I saw that der was only 30 mins buffer time. I had to take my chances and I booked my tkt in sleeper as it was impossible to get seat in AC classes.
Thanks to less traffic my train reached adi before time and i was having plenty of time to switch platforms.
from Adi .. ps it was one of my worst train jrnys and due to last train , all passengers stranded at adi RS were taking the same train only. Just for safety, i didnt removed my mask , neither did i drank water for my 5 hr jrny till abr as passengers were sitting very closely.
After reaching ABR, it took approx 4 more hrs for me to exit the station premises as screening was going on for all passengers who deboarded the train. Approx 2500+ passengers deboarded ABR from that train.
ALso i was shocked to see that in the name of screening dey were just writing our details only. Not even the temperature checking. I asked them that sir, here we all are standing in queue which is totally not the way of social distancing norm as der was no 1 mtr distance rules. passengers were standing very compactly. If this was the case, they shld have made more counters. They didnt replied. So just to avoid all these things, I was at the last of the queue maintaining distance from the rest of the passengers.
So this way i reached my home.
I was so lucky that, that Shri ganganagar bound train was also running. :-D
