I think the 4 platforms at Level I are for ER New Garia Terminal not for Metro Railway New Garia-Baruipur route. Level II is for New Garia-Airport Metro Route.
See the Pink Book of ER 2020-21 SL NO. 55, huge money spent snd allocated for New Garia Terminal of ER for many years. I was till few days was thinking that the New Terminal construction at New Garia is going on. I think who ever has created this youtube video you posted had posted wrong info about the project. As i was aware from starting of the New Garia Terminal projects was that ER wants to construct this Terminal for ER EMU trains and want to connect this Terminal with Metro...
