South Coast Railway zone should exist in IRI only after the official commencement of SCoR operations in Indian Railways.

South Coast Railway zone should exist in IRI only with Vijayawada. Guntur and Guntakal divisions in it according to the official announcement. If SCoR exists in the site. Waltair Division should not exist in the site and Rayagada division should exist in the site under East Coast Railway.
