Instead of taking Coro / Howrah Mail which is always jampacked and lack in maintanence, I see this is one of the best trains to travel from Chennai till Suburb of Calcutta. Always on time good maintanence. If they make it LHB and give a slip coach to run till Howrah or SRC, and make it daily according to the platform availability in Haldia it will be a superhit train

Yea I know slip service not possible but just tried my suggestion cause it will be the best train to reach howrah. It has reached MAS almost ontime every week
Maybe a small timing change will make it work with the increase of frequency and speed
If this you would have written in start, then its understandable!!
Why always this timing change and speed up comes only when slot availability doesnt exist!!
But anyway, do you have any suggestion of proposed time change and speed up?? And you wish this even when you find this train superb, just because of its current schedule??

There is always demand for trains between Howrah to Chennai. The no of trains is less compared to demand. Now almost full year 2 Special trains between SRC to MAS runs and both of them run full. 1 spl by SER and another by SR. Both these specials needs to be regularized. Also number of coaches in HLZ-MAS Exp needs to be increased. SR had already sent a proposal for new MAS-SRC Superfast exp to RB earlier. If approved can see a new train.
