Quarantining everyone arriving in these trains is just an idiotic decision. How on Earth would you quarantine thousands of people arriving every day in government facilities and hotels? Soon each and every hotel would become a quarantine facility. Instead of wasting money and workforce on implementation unrealistic decisions, Government should let these people to be in strict home quarantine with a provision of penalty or imprisonment if someone is found to be violating the home quarantine order.
