Even as per the new guidelines people with no symptoms or minor symptoms will be asked to stay in "Home Qurantine" . As you know more than 80% of the Corona patients are asymptomatic (which means they have no symptoms or very minor symptoms). Their immunity will fight against the virus) which is being experimented by Swedish government and even the idea of 'herd immunity' was quite successful when Swine flu had created equal level of havoc or because of declining economy the government is ready to take such risks.
