in case of Sikkim Mahananda, it is slow running train so it will be overtaken at some point since this will be prioritised. in case of pnbe ltt there is slack so scope for being overtaken before ddu. and I don't think there is any significant clash at cnb. and about the slot this is the only morning-ish slot which is empty heading towards delhi.
