Dynamic Pricing started in these COVID-19 spl AC trains. Also huge waiting lists in these trains now. What about Railway Circular of 100 WL in 3A? What about RAC now? Railway will earn Dynamic fare from all passengers + Clerakage charges from Cancelled tickets+ IRCTC charges from all passengers. Is it so?

From my office some of my colleagues had gone to Navi Mumbai before lockdown for office work and were staying there in PG where many stays in 1 rooms and fares are high of PG in Mumbai as i heard. They now wants to return home. They are little feared of returning by Shramik special trains, they are waiting for AC special trains from Mumbai to Howrah to book tickets. Everybody wants to return to their homes now in this COVID-19 situation. None is useless travellers now.

In bank where father works , there is one employee who is from koaa but transferred to NCB
He used to go to his home as his kids and wife are in koaa only every alternative week

For you he maybe a useless traveller. But for me he is not a useless traveller as he also wants to return to his family and be with his kids. In this kind of critical condition everybody wants to be with their family and kids. Those who r with their family they have no tension but who r away from family r in tension in this COVID-19 situation. So, if he wants to return to his family it is nothing wrong looking at the situation.

If he do not follow quarantine and if he will go ànd return back in 2 days then that is not good . But that percentage of people like this is very less currently. . Maximum number of passengers travelling now to return home are genuine travellers who really wants to go home in this COVID-19 situation. It can be as u saying 1% people can be like you r saying who will not follow quarantine and will return in 2 days. For this kind of people state governments and police will have to be strong and put them in quarantine centres like police did in case of the employee in ur father's office. Police hss done good work i will say here.
