tatkal ticket lena jung se kam nahi hai....
ye aaj ndtv news pe dikha ya hai.....
jayada tar 99% booking dalal prs counter par hi hote hai......
aur unka shat rpf and vijilens vale railway ke adhikar hi dete hai.....

prs counter me kaise? i mean they hired a clerk who books their ticket from separate close counter or anything else...is it possible to book ticket by booking clerk before 8am from his system.?
tatkal ticket ki dalali prs counter pe nahi hoti hai to kaha hoti hai ......?
aur sir ji mene kisi clerk ka jikr bhi nahi kiya hai...........
