02433 is starting from Chennai..
And tell me, If trains can run via tamil nadu then why can't they start from tamil nadu when already 02433 starting from tamil nadu.

Logical or not, I just stated the fact. Only IR can logically answer this question.

Don't worry. If the TN govt gives a REQUEST, Railways will probably run this train, if TN govt feels they need the train.
