That request by TN Govt was made only after those AC Specials were announced and bookings opened.
Nothing to Shock it depends on State Govt Whether they accept it or refuse it
Such Mistakes keep happening many time. TN is a important train.
Don't worry. If the TN state govt makes a Request, Railways will add this train too.
