Not 2, existing rakes has 2 SLRs and 1 RMS (total 1 1/2 coaches out of 6 are not for passengers), effectively losing 1 GL..off course ..it is loss to general public

In April itself SCR received the new rakes, SCR planned to start from May and did changes in PRS also, but covid-19 lock down stopped it.
