But jrc is useful for the military personnel bcoz jrc is near by cantonment area and juc is quite far for them and they mostly lived near by cantonment.

JUC is well connected to most parts of the city, and autos are available round the clock. This is not the case with JRC. It lies in outskirts of city, and quite unsafe at night. The cantonment hardly contains 0.01% of Jalandhar's population. That's why I suggested JUC
