I have April month counter tickets 2 mix ,mas to sbc
and back .due to lock down trains got cancelled .till how long we can get refunds of this ticket.As of today only Booking counter is open only in Chennai Central no where we else .my house to central is approx 20 km

The last information which I have is that till 31st July 2020 you will be able to take refunds from any PRS counter.
