I never expected such a reduced frieght traffic that too in BAY-TNGL section! Commonly there used to be a 5-6 rakes of Frieght everyday in TNGL but today no such energy of frieght was been seen in TNGL☹.
Only less frieght was there at TNGL.
One frieght came from HPT, but after that UBL WDG4D twins(its link) got detached and shunted. Probably it might have waited for electric loco for loco change.

Yes, also that time UBL WDG4 12069 was getting startup with heavy cranking sound. So that time might this dogs were attracted with its cranking sound and were doing conversation regarding this.
