why MEMU and EMU has flat front. I mean to say all Locos have curved front to push the air they are aerodynamically designed and it improves acceleration too. Why not it happen for EMu's

Just to nitpick here, having an aerodynamic cab shape does not improve acceleration or increase the speed of the locomotive. It just ensures that the locomotive has to spend lesser energy to run at a particular speed.
That said, the locomotive cab shape only becomes significant at higher speeds (more than 200kmph). Unlike Aeroplanes or cars, trains are usually very long. So, the surface on the sides (coaches) and the spaces between the coaches contribute much more to the aerodynamic drag than the shape of the loco.
