I am Thinking to Book Tatkal Tickets in 12962 Avantika Express from Indore to Mumbai on 27/6/12

I think you should use a bus/taxi.
There is no good train for ujjain at that time... Whereas buses are available in abundance...

But if you want to travel by train only then, the option is Habibganj Dahod Fast Pass/59394
40 min buffer time....

Yes thats why I am saying go for a bus/taxi.. If you are ready to go in bus/taxi, then there is no better option...
As for the train, I have never personally travelled in this train. So cant say. Maybe some other member might guide you about this train...
But as the distance is less and train starts from Bhopal itself, I think it will be on time...
