From 4 June 2020, this train will not stop at Ghatshila, Sini, Dangoaposi, Noamundi and Bara Jamda. Why has this been done? Has like this been done with any of the other 99 trains also?

Yes, a few trains in South India. 1 train in South India has been given additional stoppage. No news of any other such trains in other parts of India. SER has not given press release regarding this till now. I have not checked the press releases of any other railway division.
