Just as a Rail Fan, this is not the right time to travel anywhere, considering the quarantining at various places. (only Delhi and Gujarat have easier rules as far as quarantining is concerned, the rest is quite hard) Am awaiting the quarantining (either home or institutional) to end completely throughout India to travel again by train.
My advise is, ONLY TRAVEL IF YOU ARE STUCK AWAY FROM HOME, AND WANT TO RETURN.
Hope that, coronavirus cases drop in India as well, and travelling by train becomes all that fun again without the botheration...
