What do you think if IR implements a permanent rule that waiting list passengers are not allowed in the station like nowadays?

Partial waiting ko allowed kr skte h but full waiting ko allow na kre
I think as railway in past doing with e-tickets, waiting before chart preparation after chart preparation your ticket in WL it will cancel automatically. It should be followed. This will lead to less crowd in chaos in coaches.
Much can be done by preparing the chart 12 hours or just after tatkal bookings rather than 4 hrs before
